1. RETAIL SALE

For all of the products on the site are posted pictures and a basic description of the product. These conditions govern the process of ordering, payment, delivery and any claims of products that are sold through our internet sales site.

Purchase

Products are ordered by selecting, using menus "baskets" and filling out the online form. Ordered products are paid by credit card or paying to offer.

Your credit card will be charged on the day of your order and deliver the ordered product as soon as possible. Each credit card order is subject to prior authorization. Once sent, orders can be canceled only in the next 24 hours.

Catalogue prices are valid for all forms of payment. Your current order is displayed on "My Orders". On this page shows detailed information about the product, quantity and price. By changing the amount, prices automatically change. All items that you decided to buy are on the page called "Basket".
All of the above conditions apply to the purchase of the entire territory of Europe.

Payment / Authorization

Ordered products, buyer will pay with credit cards American Express, MasterCard and Visa, according to the customer. Payment is made in Croatian currency (Croatian Kuna). If you do not have a credit card, then you can, if you have a Croatian citizen with permanent residence in Croatia, make payment to the account MARIAL trades in accordance with the offer, according to which the payment is conducted.
 

Security

We commit ourselves to take all reasonable security measures to protect our users and to prevent possible misuse. Transactions of payment by credit / debit cards are performed protected using SSL 128-bit encryption, which is considered as a safe way to conduct financial transactions. MARIAL can not be held responsible for the misuse of which can not be determined to have arisen as a result of technical and security oversight of trade.

When all information is received, you will receive a notification on the screen, as well as through electronic mail (e-mail) that your order has been received.

Delivery

Shipping within Croatia is 50 kn, and for other European countries 150kn. Deadlines for delivery are up to 20 working days. Packing is done in such a way as to avoid any damage during normal transport. The buyer is required before accepting delivery to visually inspect and report visible damage, and possibly refuse to accept the damaged shipment. Ordered product is to be removed from the package installed in accordance with instructions for installation.

MARIAL guarantees that all products purchased on our webshop are correct. Product photos are only illustrative, and not always in the details correspond to products that are really procurable. Given the possibility of individual monitor settings on your computer, the differences in color perception of the product by the human eye, etc., we can not guarantee full compliance with the color of our product colors as you see them on the screen of your monitor. In such cases, the complaint is not justified. Right to guarantee the realization of the buyer loses the case to unauthorized product, and also works on the product by unauthorized third persons. If you get a product that you ordered or you get a defective product inform us. If the claim is valid, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the product, so we can arrange replacement of damaged goods or refund your money. Buyer has the right to return the product in the following cases:

• delivery of products not ordered
• delivery of products that are damaged, and damage was caused by bad handling during packing

Shipment

In order to realize the warranty, it is necessary that you attach a copy of the invoice or order confirming the purchase, with the damaged product. Complaints sent package distribution must be properly packed in cardboard packaging. All complaints improperly packaged, or those where there has been a visible mechanical damage in transit will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender about its cost.

Other terms of sale

To order goods, persons must be older than 18 years. Terms of sale are subject to change without notice. All confirmed orders will be delivered by the conditions applicable at the time of order confirmation.

Invoice will be sent along with the ordered product. On the bill will be written here stated terms of sale. MARIAL reserves the right not to deliver the goods on order with incomplete and / or inaccurate data.
